“When I first met her and joined, Dawn was first to admit it, and at first she was like ‘oooh Martin’s got his clinic and I’ve got mine, that might not be very good.’ “Yet as soon as we were talking me and Dawn just clicked – I find her hilarious, she’s really funny and fun to be around,” she told OK! Magazine UK.
“When it came to the other girls and certain scenarios she really did have my back but that’s all real, it’s because we really get on,” she explained. “It’s nice how the friendship blossomed over time and as the series went on, our bond was getting stronger and stronger.”
The dentist praises her time on the show as a “fantastic and amazing” experience, despite being at the heart of the drama. Hanna confessed her dislike of co-star Rachel Lugo, who later admitted to that she was still at odds with Dawn over their friendship.
Meanwhile, Hanna insisted that she was “fine” Tanya Bardsley following their feud over her son’s godparent. “It’s the same when you join any group of women, you naturally gravitate to some people and other people you don’t see eye to eye with as much,” she added. “But I have made good true friends, and friendships for life I think.”
