Thomas Ravenel And Ashley Jacobs Spotted Hanging Out With Former RHODC Husband Tareq Salahi!

Two of Bravo's most controversial reality stars were recently spotted together having a good time with their loved ones. Earlier this month, Thomas Ravenel and his on-off girlfriend Ashley Jacobs from Southern Charm attended the 14th annual Victory Cup last weekend in Charleston, South Carolina.

At the event, the controversial on-off couple partied with Tareq Salahi, best known as the husband of former Real Housewives of D.C. star Michaele Salahi, (now known as Michaele Schon). Tareq was in Charleston to play polo with his new wife and business partner, Lisa Spoden.

Salahi took to Instagram to share a photo of his team winning the Victory Cup. “Had a great game playing polo in Charleston!love the hospitality and charm of everyone here,” he wrote.

Then, Tareq shared a photo with Ravenel and Jacobs along with his wife making silly faces with the caption, “Had a blast after playing polo in Charleston, South Carolina and made new friends wfellow polo players and Bravo TV stars from southern charm. Cheers!”

This makes Thomas' first public appearance since his arrest on assault charges. Back in August, Ravenel suggested he was quitting the Bravo hit reality series, tweeting  “I’m not doing the show anymore. In the contract they have the right to fictionalize your story. They took advantage of me. I decided I’ve got too much to lose and informed them I’m not coming back.”

However, Bravo has since confirmed that Ravenel will not be returning as a Southern Charm cast member next season after he was arrested and charged with assault and battery in the second degree on Tuesday, Charleston County jail records show, according to PEOPLE.

Police began investigating Ravenel in May after a woman reported him for sexual assault. A former nanny to his children named Dawn claimed to the publication that she is that woman and alleged that, while his daughter was sleeping nearby, he “corralled” her into the master bedroom, dropped his pants, blocked the door and “proceeded to rip my clothes off.” Without going into further detail, Dawn said she eventually got away.

Meanwhile, a source reveals to the publication that Ravenel’s arrest is connected to her allegations.

Ravenel has denied Dawn’s allegations through his lawyer, as well as a separate sexual assault accusation from a woman he met on Tinder in 2015. “My client enjoys a certain degree of fame, which has unfortunately made him a vulnerable target for such claims,” Ravenel’s attorney, Richard P. Terbrusch, told PEOPLE in a statement after the allegations. “The person this woman describes is simply not the man that I know. My client is a loving father, successful businessman, and upright member of the community. He is appalled and hurt by these allegations — and is committed to defending his reputation in the appropriate legal forum.”

As for Tareq, he married Lisa Spoden on January 1, 2016. Salahi and Spoden reportedly met while working together at their cruise ship charter service company.

Back in 2009, Tareq and Michaele Salahi made international headlines for allegedly crashing the White House's state dinner. Their marriage ended in 2011 when Tareq announced that Michaele had possibly been kidnapped since she was "missing." It was later reported that she ran away and left him for her former boyfriend, Neal Schon from the rock band Journey. Tareq later sued Schon for $50 million.

According to Radar Online, the case was settled in 2012 and Tareq walked away with $12,000 and his mortgage paid for a full year. In his initial suit, Tareq complained that the stigma of being cheated on publicly hurt his image and cost him lucrative opportunities.

In 2013, Michaele became Ms. Schon when she married Neal in a televised pay-per-view winter wonderland wedding special.
