Stacey Forsey Reveals Why She Left The Real Housewives Of Cheshire!

Stacey Forsey decided not to return as a full-time cast member on the current season of The Real Housewives of Cheshire to focus on her lifestyle brand. Now, Forsey explains why she decided to make these career changes at time time of her life. "When I joined I was 40 had had the greatest privilege in life of being a stay at home mum," she told The Daily Mail.

"I loved every aspect of being there full time for my children, however being the creative adventurous person that I am, wanted to make my children proud and myself proud and succeed in something using my creative talent."

"Now three years later I think it is time for change again. I have evolved as a person. My business and the book became a huge project so something had to give - and I felt it I had to be the show," she explained.

"Filming can be emotionally and physically draining but at the same time great fun. It has been a great journey that I am hugely proud to of been a part of but I felt it was also time to make way for some new housewives," she said. "I am not getting any younger and my children aren’t either."

So what does her children think of her decision? "'I have always been very open and honest with my children and whilst filming they are always at the forefront of my mind," she told The Daily Mail.

"I try to educate them on the business of TV and entertainment, not to take it too seriously - they know we film for hours and it is edited to make one hour of brilliant TV - and how it is important to be proud of being part of a show that provides people with escapism from life."

Despite appearing on the ITVBe hit reality series in a "guest" role this season, Stacey hasn't ruled out returning to reality television.

"Who knows! life is forever changing," she added.
