Jill Zarin Is Selling Her Luxurious NYC Apartment For $3.29 Million!

It's been confirmed that Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin has listed her 2,000 square feet apartment at 401 E. 60th St. for $3.29 million. The property, which is located on the 30th floor comes with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and a powder room, according to the New York Post.

“After 18 years, Jill is looking to downsize and travel more to warmer climates now that [her daughter] Ally has moved out,” a friend tells Gimme Shelter.

The luxurious apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic city views, 10-foot ceilings and a renovated, loft-like open layout. It’s smart-wired with solar shades, fog-proof mirrors, custom vanities, wide-plank floors and lots of built-in storage.

Zarin lived in the apartment with her late husband, who lost his battle with cancer earlier this year. The home is designed by the late Costas Kondylis, the building, named Bridge Place Tower, features a gym, a children’s playroom, a roof terrace and on-site parking.
