Dorit Kemsley has filed a countersuit against Ryan Horne. As previously reported, Horne claims the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her husband PK agreed to partner with him to make bathing suits in a business split three ways of Beverly Beach swimwear and that he fronted them almost $130,000 in merchandise and $75,000 to cover other expenses, according to TMZ.
In the initial lawsuit, Horrne alleged that the reality couple sold the bathing suits he provided at a profit but have never reimbursed him for the initial outlay nor given him his share of profits from the sale of the bathing suits.
However, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dorit is the company's sole owner and Kemsely says that Horne was 'merely a vendor' for her company, as no pact was ever reached granting him an ownership share.
The countersuit also claims that Horne failed to fulfill his professional obligations on time or to the quality expected. The outlet claims that Dorit's company "alleges it was screwed out of hundreds of thousands in lost sales as a result."
Dorit is asking the court to clarify Horne's lack of ownership in the swimsuit line, as well as damages from her alleged complaints, reports The Daily Mail.
