Vicki Gunvalson is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Vicki Gunvalson says she "feels bad" for "coming down" at Gina Kirschenheiter over her divorce and reacts to Kelly Dodd's comments about Steve Lodge.
Vicki writes:
"I really loved hosting the girls at my home in this last episode. I thought it would be something different and fun. Cooking is something I love to do, and I love to learn new dishes. It was nice having my old friend Domenico Grillo back to my home to do an Italian cooking class.
I thought it was funny showing him who he can flirt with and who he can’t. I was joking with him putting a “?” mark under my “x.” Domenico is a big flirt and always has been, and that’s as far as it has ever gone with us. I was shocked to hear Tamra say I should be dating him over Steve. First of all, I love Steve and was taken back by that comment. Domenico has been married the entire time I have known him, and to also set the record straight, I have never ever had any indiscretions with him nor would I.
Now onto Gina. Watching tonight’s episode, I felt we were a little hard on her regarding her marriage issues. I feel bad for Gina for coming down on her the way I did. I do not want her to make the same mistakes I have made when it comes to divorce. Gina has kept her marriage problems pretty private, and for that we need to respect her and not pressure her the way I/we did. I truly want the best for her and her family, and I think the other ladies do too.
It’s so painful to hear some of my friends bashing Steve. The last time Steve saw Kelly was when she was married to Michael and the four of us had gone to dinner in Newport. At that time Steve and I saw how terrible she treated him. There had never been any harsh words between Steve and her until she started up on him this year. She has admitted she’s mad at Steve because he maintained a friendship with Michael, but isn’t that what she has done? She said her and Michael are amicable and friends, so if that’s the case with them, why would she be upset that Steve maintained a friendship with him too? So confusing!
Kelly tried once again to stir up gossip with Tamra. Saying that Steve doesn’t have a home is ridiculous. Why does she have any concern about what Steve owns? And by the way, the answer is YES, he owns a home. And yes, my home is too big for me to live in by myself, so last year we decided to have him move in with me, or I was going to sell it. I LOVE Steve and love spending time with him every day, so it makes sense for us to live together. Why would “Jelly Kelly” have anything to say about that? What we do doesn’t affect her life at all. Steve and I are both very private about our finances, and quite frankly it’s none of anyone’s business how much money we have. We don’t care about her finances, so why does she care about ours? Steve and I were very close to Kelly and Michael when they were married, but since she divorced Michael, she has completely changed. I care for Kelly a lot, and when she is ready to be kind and nice and apologize, I’d be happy to talk it out.
