It's been reported that Pettifleur Berenger has split with her long-term partner Frank Palazzo, whom she was been with since 2008. And amid their bitter split, Palazzo has applied to the Supreme Court to have the Real Housewives of Melbourne alum evicted from his $7.2 million penthouse property.
The Daily Mail reports Frank attempted to order Pettifleur out of the luxe premises this week using laws designed to deal with squatters and unwanted tenants. Pettifleur moved into the five-star Westin Hotel development's apartment in 2012 when the pair were a couple. She has continued to live there with two of her three sons from a previous partner.
Frank is trying to evict her from his multimillion-dollar CBD apartment during their breakup as he desires to sell the property. The court heard an extraordinary claim that the sale may be an attempt by Frank to void Pettifleur having a claim of future ownership on the abode, according to The Herald Sun.
The apartment was originally purchased by Frank in 2011 for $4.9 million, with its estimated valued now believed to be $7.2 million. The court was told Pettifleur would be without a place to live if Frank's motion for an eviction was approved.
