The DB Investor lawsuit reportedly claims that they signed a contract with Reid in January 2017 and that he owes them a total of $28,350 plus interest since March, 2017.
Apparently, they also want Reid to pay their attorney fees and other court costs.
Reid was also sued by Capital One Bank earlier this year, which charged that he allegedly owes $45,121.26 and refuses to pay it, according to Radar Online.
Aviva appeared on the Bravo hit reality series during the show's fifth and sixth season.
