Michael Darby has been charged with sexual assault. Michael, who is married to Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby, allegedly grabbed and groped a cameraman on September 1, while filming an episode of the Bravo hit reality series, according to TMZ.
Orville Palmer, the cameraman who is alleging the assault, claims Darby gave him “a flirtatious look” after the grope, according to the media outlet. Orville says he instructed Darby to stop, and then told his supervisor.
Darby has reportedly been charged with felony assault as well as misdemeanor improper sexual contact, and the maximum punishment is 11 years in prison.

According to Rockville District Court documents obtained by Radar Online, the case was filed on September 4, 2018.
Michael is set to appear before the judge on October 16, 2018 in Montgomery, Maryland.
