On August 8, Curtin was booked into the Central Women’s Jail in Orange County, where she stayed for four days. Local police responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle where they found Curtin and another female inside.
Officials discovered warrants stemming from court cases Curtin failed to attend, and she was arrested and taken to jail. According to the jail docket obtained by Radar Online, she claimed to be “unemployed.” Curtin was released from custody on August 12.
Curtin was then taken to court to enter a plea for the three separate criminal cases filed against her for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, vandalism, petty theft and driving under the influence of a drug.
Alexa pled not guilty to all the charges and posted a $5,000 bond. A hearing has been set for October and she has been ordered to appear.
As previously reported, Curtin was arrested on drug charges in 2016. She was also awarded $2.25 million in a lawsuit against the Orange County Sheriff’s Department this summer over claims a cop sexually assaulted her in 2014.
Also, she was previously charged in April with driving under the influence of a drug from an incident back on June 6, 2017. In February, an arrest warrant was issued after she was allegedly accused of keying her boyfriend's car and for possession of paraphernalia from allegedly smoking heroin.
