Shannon Beador Scores Court Victory Against Ex-Husband David Beador, David Agrees To Continue Paying Her $10K Spousal Support!

Shannon Beador will continue getting more than $10,000 a month in spousal support from her ex-husband David. According to Radar Online, the former Real Housewives of Orange Couple couple appeared in front of Orange County Superior Court Judge James Waltz on Monday, July 9, for a hearing on spousal support and attorney fees.

Initially, David wanted to challenge a March 16 temporary court order awarding Shannon $10,500 per month in spousal support.

However, at Monday's hearing, David did not challenge the temporary order, and agreed to continue paying the spousal and the $12,000 monthly child support for their three daughters, Sophie, 17, and 14-year-old twins Stella and Adeline.

David will also pay $10,000 to Shannon’s attorney, John Benedict Phillips. During the hearing, Phillips said he and Shannon received a report last week from a forensic accountant, who went over David’s and Shannon’s financial records. Both sides, as well as the forensic accountant, agreed to meet with a retired judicial officer, who will preside over a mediation hearing to hash out the details, reports the media outlet.

In the event Shannon and David don’t come to an agreement, both sides will come back again on October 15 and appear before of Judge Waltz.

David spoke to the media outlet after Monday’s hearing and said he was doing “fantastic.” He said he hopes to come to a agreement on a final settlement before he and Shannon have to be back in court in October.

When asked if he still plans to challenge Shannon concerning the amount of money she brings in for filming the show.

“It’s all going to wash itself out. I just want what best for our kids. Divorce is never fun and it’s hardest on the kids, but they seem to be moving along. I look forward to when this is over,” he told Radar Online, adding “I think we both do.”

As previously reported, David told the judge during March's hearing that he believed he should be entitled to some of Shannon’s Bravo money because he also participated with her on RHOC.

Shannon filed documents that revealed she earned $423,205.80 last year. In the papers, Shannon stated that she is a reality television personality who only works seasonally between 5 to 40 hours a week.
