Andy Cohen caught up with Shannon and asked her several questions as she works on coming to a settlement with David, including whether the couple had a prenup and if she has filed for alimony.
When asked they has a prenup, Shannon replied, "No!"
When asked if her is getting alimony, Shannon replied, "I just want a fair settlement."
When asked if her kids have met David's new girlfriend, she said "They're ok with her," adding that her daughter Sophie was going to met her for the first time this week.
Shannon also provided some more insight into how her communication with David is these days, which she said during the RHOC Season 13 premiere has mostly been limited to text messages.
"There's just a lot of anger on one side," Shannon shared, adding that it's not on her part.
