*Blood, Sweat And Heels Star Melyssa Ford Seriously Injured After Horrific Car Accident*
According to PEOPLE, Blood, Sweat and Heels star Melyssa Ford is recovering from serious injuries after a car accident in Los Angeles last Thursday. The incident took place on the freeway after her car rolled over multiple times. She was driving a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited at the tome when it flipped over three times before landing upside down, after an 18-wheeler truck merged and hit the back of her car as she was on the way to a bridal shower. Photos from the incident show the former model on the ground, bleeding.
She sustained injuries including a skull fracture, bleeding on the brain and severe cuts and bruises, as well as a 10-inch cut across her face and head. That injury had to be surgically closed using stitches and staples. She remained in the hospital as of Monday. Her rep told Entertainment Tonight, "God and her seatbelt saved her life."
PEOPLE reports family members are asking for anyone to come forward who may have more information about the incident in order to track down the truck driver involved. “It’s so difficult in circumstances like these to live 2,500 miles away from my only daughter,” Barbara Ford, Melyssa’s mom who lives in Melyssa's native Canada, added to the publication. “Melyssa is strong, always has been. We are going to get through this together.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Claudia Jordan, who is close friends with Melyssa has since started a Go Fund Me page to aid in Melyssa's recovery. She also shared an emotional post about the accident on Instagram.
"She was involved in a horrific accident that could have easily taken her life. It’s actually a miracle she survived. She’s injured FOR REAL. She doesn’t even remember this as she has a huge gash in her head and blood on the brain," she shared, in part. "If anyone was a witness to this accident please inbox me any information you may have. As you can imagine Melyssa doesn’t remember much so I’m hoping witnesses will come forward and assist in putting the pieces back together. She was hit by an 18 wheeler... Everyone please send love and prayers to our friend [Melyssa]."

Dr. Jackie opened up to Kandi Burruss' new show Kandi Koated Knights how she felt when she found out her husband Curtis was cheating on her. “Initially for me, I felt homicidal," she admitted.
She learned about his affair because it popped up on a blog, which she saw while she was at work.
“When you’re seeing patients and you’re walking into an exam room and you find out on an iPad that your husband’s name is on the blog, you still take care of the patient if you’re like me and you do what you got to do and you go, ‘Okay,’” she said. “You’re traumatized initially but I think as a professional, you got to keep doin’ what you got to do."
She fears that the show could have played a part in Curtis feeling like he could cheat.
“The public persona totally adds to it,” she explained. “Curtis was an athlete before, but I certainly think the exposure of being on TV and [women thinking], ‘Maybe he got a whole lot of money I can get' [may have contributed]."

Project Runway and Mad Fashion alum Chris March is opening up in great detail about the 2017 accident that changed his life. Fans first learned about the incident back in the spring after Bravo stars like Andy Cohen and Sonja Morgan showed support for the designer by sharing with fans a Go Fund Me page set up to help Chris with his medical expenses.
Now Chris is recalling this chapter in his life for the first time in a statement to Entertainment Weekly. “Dear Everyone, today is the one year anniversary of my accident, so I wanted to tell you what happened so you hear it from me... I fell and hit my head in my apartment. It’s that simple. I passed out and laid there for 4 days. I woke up and called 911 and somehow got to the hospital. In the hospital all sorts of medical problems happened: My blood sugar was over 500. My organs started failing, my right lung collapsed, and they had to give me a tracheotomy and put me on a ventilator."
He was then put into a medically induced coma and his medical issues continued, he shared: "My kidneys failed, my lung kept collapsing, my gall bladder was infected. I had a wound on my right leg. My body went septic... The coma lasted about 2 months. I came close to death many times—they called my family and they were told if they wanted to say goodbye to come right away. Somehow I miraculously woke up — I couldn’t talk and didn’t know where I was for a couple of months. I ended up being paralyzed in both legs from the knees down. My right hand and arm are paralyzed.”
A year after the accident, March offered an update on where things stand today as he is currently in a medical facility in Northern California. March has been doing physical therapy for several months, as well. He thanked everyone for their support.
“This has been a long and extremely difficult journey, physically and emotionally. And I have a long way to go, just like Dorothy,” he said in his statement to EW. “I could not have survived without my family and friends. I deeply appreciate everyone who has donated to the Go Fund Me page. I have good days and bad days and the worst days you can imagine, but I still have my brain, and for that miracle I am forever grateful. Thank you for your thoughts, prayers and encouragement.”
