Gina Kirschenheiter: “I Will Sacrifice By Caring For The Kids Primarily On My Own”

Gina Kirschenheiter is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Gina Kirschenheiter talks about her husband being away for so long due to work and shares her first impressions on Kelly Dodd and Emily Simpson. On a scale of 1-10, how hard was Eddie and Tamra Judge's class? How long have you been going to Cut Fitness?
Gina Kirschenheiter: 10. It was very difficult!!! I needed it! What were your first impressions of the other ladies?
GK: Kelly was welcoming and funny. She seemed super competitive. Emily seemed sweet. It was nice that they were interested in me and my life. How are you able to deal with your husband being away for so long?
GK: I think that when you become a mom your whole world changes. When you have your first child, you depend on your partner more than you ever have. Mostly it’s because you really have no clue what you’re doing and need someone to help you, reassure you, and support you. The more kids you have, the more confident you become in your ability to care for them. This is such a daunting job that you also become much more confident in your own independent survival skills. Lol. At this point in my life I feel good. I am confident. Matt is sacrificing for his family by being away to work. I will sacrifice by caring for the kids primarily on my own. At the end of the day we are on the same team trying to achieve the same goals. And we feel so lucky in life that it doesn’t even really feel like that much of a sacrifice. Many more people have to deal with far greater circumstances than a tough commute.

What do you think about Gina’s blog?
