Interview by Grant Ashley
What have you been up to since the show finished airing in Australia ?
I’ve been super busy working in Lydia Kitchen of course and with my family, they are the most important thing to me and I’ve just come back off a relaxing break from Dubai, it’s one of my most favourite places to visit in the summer months.
Tell us more about "inLydia’s Kitchen"?
Every Wednesday evening I have an incredible group of guests come to my personal home and see my creative side with food, mixing flavours and my Italian heritage all with mixed love.
When will we get all these beautiful recipes in a book?
Stay tuned you never know when one might pop up on shelves!
With the new season of RHOMelboune airing in the US/UK this summer, what have you got installed for us?
The best side of me, a side that you’ve probably not seen before on the show, I’m so proud of my business inLydia’s Kitchen. You also see new and old friendships blossom.
Did you have fun filming this season of the housewives?
I did the most, it was the best season yet. I’m very comfortable in my skin and who I am as a person.
What do you think of the two new housewives this season?
Honestly I don’t like women who come into a group to destroy others but apart from that I enjoyed getting to know the new ladies.
If you could tell the audience anything about the show what would it be?
Being yourself always works!
There has been whispers about Season 5 happening soon, can you tell us anything about that?
My lips are sealed, but stay tuned!
