Christine McGuinness Opens Up About Joining RHOCheshire; Says Being On The ITVBe Show Has Been A “Brilliant Distraction From Everything!”

Real Housewives of Cheshire newbie Christine McGuinness recently talked about her role on the ITVBe hit reality series. During a recent interview, McGuinness thanked the reality show for giving her the ‘kick up the bum’ to do something for herself and for distracting her from issues in her marriage.

"I was asked to do the show years ago but it just didn't work with the children," she told This Morning. "I want to go out and do something for myself. It's near to home and they film when the children are in school or in bed."



"It's given me kick up the bum hair to get my make up, get out the house and let daddy look after them, he's more than capable."

McGuinness admits that being on The Real Housewives of Cheshire has been a "brilliant distraction from everything," she added. "I can't praise the show enough for giving me that."
