Lala Kent Opens Up About Her Friendship With Kristen Doute: “She Just Wears Her Crazy On Her Sleeve, And I Love That About Her”

Who would have thought that Lala Kent and Kristen Doute would ever become close friends after the two feuded for many seasons on Vanderpump Rules. Now, Kent opens up about her relationship with Doute.

"How crazy is that?" Lala admitted to Bravo's The Daily Dish podcast on how unlikely the kinship between her and Kristen seems to viewers. She admits that while some see Kristen's intense personality, Lala sees an authenticity she's learned to appreciate about her new friend. "You know, a lot of people sit there and they're like, 'She's crazy,' and I'm like, 'No, she's just real.' She just wears her crazy on her sleeve, and I love that about her."

Lala explained on the podcast that Kristen cheered her on when she launched her new cosmetics line: "She was so kind and supportive."

But what may be the most surprising is the love Kristen has displayed for Lala's very private relationship with her longtime boyfriend. "It's very telling about someone when they just randomly text you and say, like, 'Hey, I just wanted to say Happy Valentine's Day, to you and your boo.' Wow, you are a really nice person," Lala told Megan and Rachael. "She's a good one."
