“She is currently not in custody,” a representative at the Orange County District Attorney’s office revealed to the publication on Wednesday. “The warrant was filed on Feb. 8 and nothing in court records reflects that she has turned herself in. No court date is currently scheduled.”
The charges stem from a fight that went down in a Santa Ana parking lot, when Curtin allegedly took her boyfriend’s keys on Halloween night last year and scratched up his car.
The DA says the damage allegedly inflicted by Curtin is less than $400, and accuse of her “willfully and unlawfully stealing” his keys, according to The Blast.

Alexa is no stranger to the law, as she was arrested on drug charges in 2016. She was also awarded $2.25 million in a lawsuit against the Orange County Sheriff’s Department this summer over claims a cop sexually assaulted her in 2014.
