The Wainsteins paid $217,998 for the penthouse in 2011. The one-bedroom unit comes with hardwood floors, arched windows and high ceilings. The listing brokers were Nest Seekers International’s Danny Nassi, Charlett Stevenson and Ryan Serhant, and Brown Harris Stevens’ Lisa Lippman and Jean Adams, reports the publication.

Last year, a New York City judge ruled that Jules could sell the apartment after her estranged husband Michael failed to pay, among other things, including child support for their two children.
The buyer of the penthouse is listed in city records as Katherine Kong, according to the New York Post.
