Shannon Beador is allegedly demanding a huge pay raise in order to discuss and expose her divorce drama with estranged David in the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. “Producers are desperate for Shannon to allow cameras to film the divorce drama for the upcoming season because they know it will kill in ratings,” a production insider told Radar Online.
“Although Shannon was against it at first, she’s had a change of heart and is going to give fans what they want. But in order to do so, she is demanding a considerable raise of at least $500,000!”
After protecting her ex and keeping his dirty laundry on the down-low for years, Shannon is “in a good place now” and “not so sensitive” about her failed marriage.
“She wants to destroy David for what he did to her,” the source claimed, adding that nothing will be off limits in front of the cameras.
As previously reported, Shannon filed for primary physical custody of her three teen daughters. She did ask the judge, however, to allow David visits with the kids.
She also demanded spousal support, and $25,000 in attorney fees from her ex.
The mediation shouldn’t be nasty, as a source revealed that David planned to give his former wife “everything she wants” in their divorce.
The couple announced their separation in October after 17 years of marriage, with Shannon filing for divorce on December 1.
The pair has documented their ups and downs during their time on the Bravo hit reality series, including showing viewers how they managed to come back from David's affair, later renewing their vows in 2016. However, relations between the couple haven't been as smooth during the current season of RHOC and she has been open about the struggles they have faced as of late. They have been married for 17 years and together the couple are parents to three daughters: Adeline, Stella, and Sophie, who have also appeared on the show.
