Though the court did not confirm the nature of the disagreement, a source close to the mother-of-three said the former couple has “different views” regarding David’s visitations.
According to the insider, David, “wanted more time with the kids than they wanted with him. Those girls will always be ‘mommy’s girls.”

Despite the disagreements — and Shannon’s dread over having to see David in court — the Bravo reality star remains optimistic, the source insisted.
“Shannon does have faith that they will work their issues out in time.”
They will return to court for a hearing later this month to discuss alimony and attorney’s fees.
As previously reported, Shannon filed for primary physical custody of her three teen daughters. She did ask the judge, however, to allow David visits with the kids.
She also demanded spousal support, and $25,000 in attorney fees from her ex.
The couple announced their separation in October after 17 years of marriage, with Shannon filing for divorce on December 1.
The pair has documented their ups and downs during their time on the Bravo hit reality series, including showing viewers how they managed to come back from David's affair, later renewing their vows in 2016. However, relations between the couple haven't been as smooth during the current season of RHOC and she has been open about the struggles they have faced as of late. They have been married for 17 years and together the couple are parents to three daughters: Adeline, Stella, and Sophie, who have also appeared on the show.
