Margaret Josephs Facing Foreclosure Of Her Unfinished Mansion!

Margaret Josephs and her husband Joseph Benigno were sent a foreclosure notice on their $1.125 million mansion from Unity Bank on Dec. 15, 2017, which was entered into the Bergen County court system earlier this month, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple took out two mortgages with the bank for two properties next door to each other in Englewood, N.J. between September and December 2016. The bank wants to “recover possession of both of the said premises” from them.

During the Bravo hit reality show’s season 8 finale episode, the two hosted a birthday party even despite having an unfurnished living room. She revealed at the end of the episode that construction was still incomplete on her home and revealed on the reunion that she hoped to hire another contractor against her husband’s wishes, reports the publication.

Josephs is also in the middle of a legal battle with Vineyard Vines for trademark infringement after the company accused her of copying their designs for her Macbeth Collection. The Bravo reality star was found guilty and ordered to pay them $300,000 (instead of the $12 million they were seeking). According to Page Six, she’s only paid $190,000, so the company is now seeking $9.4 million in damages.
