Kelly Dodd’s Divorce Court Delayed As She Shuts Down Report That Estranged Husband Michael Wants Full-Custody Of Their Daughter!

According to Orange County court records obtained by Radar Online, the Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd’s motion for bifurcation hearing was pushed from January 5 to February 23 due to the court’s “unavailability.”

As previously reported, Kelly begged a judge to end her marriage to estranged husband Michael in a December 1 filing.

“Additional passage of time will not assist us in reconciling our differences,” she wrote. The Bravo reality star initially filed for divorce in 2012, but the pair reconciled. She announced her intentions to move ahead with the split in September.

Meanwhile, a new reports claims that Kelly's estranged husband is allegedly seeking full-custody of their daughter.

“Michael has lawyered up because he wants full custody of their daughter,” a source told Life & Style Magazine. “Michael feels Kelly’s often traveling and busy filming,” the source says. “He is furious.”

However, Kelly shut down rumors via her Twitter by sharing a photo of her ex along with the caption, "When you can depend on your ex to put up a light!! All the stories are bullshit lies @DailyMailCeleb.” Daily Mail cited the same Life & Style post for an article on its site, so it seems like Kelly is denying the claims that Michael is seeking full custody of their daughter, reports Reality Tea.
