Joe Gorga Sued Over Slip And Fall At His Rental Property!

An unrelated slip-and-fall lawsuit against Joe Gorga was filed on January 17, 2017, and now the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband is “waiting on a court date,” according to the plaintiff’s lawyer and a New Jersey court docuemnts obtained by Page Six.

“It’s for a slip and fall on ice at a rental property that he owned under a business name,” the plaintiff’s attorney, Gerard Nisivoccia, told the publication. “He’s the owner of the corporation that owns the property.”

Nisivoccia said his client was a tenant of one of Gorga’s properties and that he “fractured his arm” in a fall on Jan. 23, 2015. The tenant filed a suit because Gorga “wasn’t responding” to him in regards to the incident, the attorney said.

The amount of damages he is seeking is unknown, as Nisivoccia explained that “in New Jersey you don’t identify the number in the complaint.”

As previously reported Gorga is focusing on reopening his East Hanover, NJ, restaurant, Gorga’s Homemade Pasta & Pizza, in a new location, following a fall-out with the eatery’s management.
