Margaret Josephs recently revealed that she called the cops after a Siggy Flicker Tweet with PETA allegedly caused her to get death threats. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star appeared on Jeff Lewis’ Sirius XM radio show on Friday, December 15, 2017 when she told the Flipping Out star that she had to call the police after Flicker and PETA Tweeted about the dead stuffed bear hanging in her house.
Sgt. Carnahan with the Englewood Police Department in New Jersey confirmed to Radar Online that Josephs did call them on October 22, 2017 and said she described the death threat to the officers.
“We do provide extra attention when somebody gives us that type of report,” he said and explained how they responded.
Josephs told Lewis cops were sitting outside her $5.28 million mansion, but Sgt. Carnahan explained to the gossip site the process for the officers.
“They’ll pass by just check on the house check outside make sure no one is sitting out there. There was nothing there.”
Josephs and hSiggy Flicker had been feuding on The Real Housewives of New Jersey and social media and Sgt. Carnahan told shared details about Josephs’ report.
“It was something between her and some other cast member. There were no specific complaints made, just a general report. She called in casually and it was stemming from social media.”
Flicker Tweeted a photo of Josephs’ dead stuffed bear, writing: “Photos of me gifted by my husband to display are overbearing & a shrine, the stuffed dead carcass of an innocent bear is acceptable décor.”

PETA replied: “Trophy hunting is vile and should be banned. We’ll take your wall of photos any day. Thank you for speaking out against hunting.”

Sgt. Carnahan revealed to Radar Online that they surveilled Josephs home after she made the call. “We do provide extra attention and that was one of the places. We didn’t sit there. If it is quiet and the officer has time maybe he will sit there but we aren’t being paid to sit outside her house.”
