The Real Housewives Of Dallas Returning For A Third Season, Producers Looking To Add New Cast Members!

According to LALATE, The Real Housewives of Dallas has been renewed for a third season with Goodbye Pictures returning as the show's producers. Apparently contract offers have been sent out to all current cast members.

The site claims that "negotiations have begun with some members. But salary spikes are likely not in the mix. The site claims that one cast member during negotiations asked for a raise, and was basically told that she could have a “friend” status instead if she pressed too hard."

Meanwhile, a new recent article from LALATE reports that "BravoTV is looking to recast the show in a casting overall for season 3. Production is being pushed back further than initially on LALATE. Meantime one cast member could be on the firing block, LALATE can report. Finally producers are so desperate to look for new blood that a casting director’s associate was dispatched to a Friday fashion show in Dallas hosted by Heidi Dillon (with D’Andra Simmons and LeeAnne Locken in attendance)."

The site added by reporting that "RHOD Season 3 is getting delayed. Leaked online today to Facebook.com is a casting notice for Season 3. It reads in part “CASTING: The producers of a major cable hit TV show are searching for upscale, affluent women living fabulous and glamorous lives! Let’s just say it’s RHOD Season 3”. The notice adds “Seeking outgoing, exciting, strong, focused women who reside in and around the DALLAS area that want to share their lives. We are looking for women who are lively and energetic, with defined opinions and views. Our featured women should have busy lives, be involved with the community, have a strong work ethic, and an active social calendar. Most importantly, they should be enjoying the good life. The women, significant others and families must be open to sharing their experiences with the producers and the television audience.”

On Monday, November 13, RHOD friend Cynthia Smoot confirmed on Twitter that production was looking for new wives for the show's upcoming new season. "Yes, it’s true. #RHOD is looking for new ‘Wives for S3. Will they be additions? Or replacements?! Time will tell," she wrote on Twitter. "Know any good candidates? DM me your suggestions... I have the Casting Directors ear."

UPDATE: Recent rumors suggest that Morgan Bredde is in talks with producers to join the show for Season 3. The former Miss Minnesota is a mother of two and is married to a famous football coach. Morgan is an African American former beauty queen. Sources reveal to Good Tea that the show is looking to add some diversity to the series.

Morgan has hinted at joining the cast on her Instagram account and has already been connected to Stephanie Hollman, reports our good friends over at Good Tea.
