“Welcome to the world my beautiful little girl I couldn’t be more proud of you, I love you so much! If only words could describe how I feel.”
The former TOWIE star later added the picture on his Twitter page saying: “Words can’t explain what you mean to me.”
A few hours later, Beqiri took to social media to share a picture of her cradling her daughter on Instagram on Sunday and also revealed her daughter's unique name in the process.
"Our new blessing River, before you were born we dreamed of you, now that you are here you have completed us. I love you more than anything and I forever will. My girl I’m so proud of you..," she wrote.
Missé is already a mother to son Julian with footballer ex Anders Lindegaard, who she divorced in August 2016 after two years of marriage. Her daughter with Jake is her second child, while it is his first.
Back in March pregnancy rumors started circulating about when the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star uploaded – and quickly deleted a cryptic Instagram comment seemingly hinting that she was pregnant.
Missé –who quit the ITVBe reality series to spend more time with TOWIE boyfriend Jake – also shared a snap of herself with three-year-old son Julian and Jake as they enjoyed a day out at the zoo.
Missé admitted that she was dating Jake last November on Season 3 reunion of the Real Housewives of Cheshire, following her split from footballer Anders Lindegaard.
