The Real Housewives Of Cheshire Spill The Tea And Teases What Fans Can Expect In Season 6!

The Real Housewives of Cheshire will be returning to ITVBe on Monday, September 11 to bring us more drama along with two new cast members! During a recent interview, the ladies tease what fans can expect from the new reality series and more. Find out below!

As fans can recall, the series took a "dark" turn last season due to Dawn Ward and Leanne Brown's feud. The drama between the two former besties was centered on a loan from Brown to Ward which hasn’t yet been paid back.

While the legal issues are still unresolved this series the pair are set to move on in this current season.

“Everyone is moving forward, it’s still an ongoing situation, but we’ve got on with it and moved round it,” Leanne told Liverpool Echo. “It’s out of our hands and with the lawyers, it can be uncomfortable seeing Dawn, but it’s been refreshing to have the new housewives and the group dynamic has changed.”

“We don’t talk about the feud anymore as it’s all with the lawyers now,” said Brown. Both Dawn and Leanne have decided to move on from it and get on with it.

The ladies promise that this installment of the show will be much happier this time around.

“We can expect lots more comedy this series, last year was very draining to be stuck in the middle of the two of them,” Leanne told the publication.

So what can we expect from the new cast members?

“I’m aiming to bring fun to the show and I’m quite straight-forward and direct,” said Nermina Pieters-Mekic.

As for Stacey Forsey and Ester Dee, fans will see more of their business side this time around. This series will see her launch the Stacey Forsey homeware range including cushions, rugs, candles, limited edition prints of her artwork and snazzy Real Housewives slogan T-shirts.

Meanwhile, Ester Dee joined forces with All About The Beach for her debut swimwear collection.

Meanwhile, Rachel Lugo says “I’m a bit silly and I laugh at myself a lot.”

As previously reported, Ampika Pickston announced a few months back that she was leaving the show after five season to focus on other projects. So will the ladies miss her?

“I do miss Ampika, but I think she might be back in the future,” said Leanne. “This show pulls you in all different directions and you have to balance your life, she has her two kids, so there’s that to consider.”

Seema Malhotra said: “It’s sad to see such a massive character leaving, to lose her when she is such a big part of the show is hard, but the new housewives are great and will bring a new element.”

“I think she’ll be missed, but we still see her and it’s the right decision for her,” said Leanne. “Esther is a force to be reckoned with and we’ve got the new girls, so it’ll be different.”

If you recall, last season the ladies went to Dubai for their "infamous cast trip" that the franchise in known for. This time around, the ladies are heading to Gibraltar and are set to have a “hilarious” run-in with the monkeys the Rock is famous for.

“We had a great time, we went and saw the monkeys and all these rules and regulations went out of the window,” said Lauren Simon. “In true housewife style we just went off and did our own thing and it was all crazy.”

“We have fun with the little monkeys. There are hundreds of them and they would come up to you. And they love all bags, like Chanel,” said Leanne.

“It’s like being at one of our dinner parties,” laughed Seema.

So can fans expect more glamorous dinner parties this time around?

“I love the dinner parties, when we’re all sitting around the table,” said Stacey. “The events this series will be really glamorous.”

So what can we expect from Dawn Ward this season? Dawn is excited to be joined again by her daughters Taylor and Darby and husband Ashley.

“Taylor is back from her travels after five months away so I’m really pleased to have her back,” she told Manchester Evening News. “There might just be a bit more Ashley and his parents have been in it this time so I’m really chuffed.”

she added: “You’ll also see a bit more of my clinic Skulpt.”
