RHOCheshire Newbies Rachel Lugo And Nermina Pieters-Mekic Spotted Filming Season 6 — See Pics Here!

Earlier this week, ITVBe released the first teaser trailer of the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of Chehsire, revealing the identities of the two new cast members. Manchester Evening News confirms that Cheshire-based landlord Rachel Lugo and Dutch beauty Nermina Pieters-Mekic, the wife of Stoke City player Erik Pieters are the new ladies joining the ITVBe hit reality series.

As previously reported, the sneak peek shows their heels walking to Wild West style music before they come into view with the words “Hey girls! Are you ready?” The trailer screened on Tuesday ends with an excited looking Tanya Bardsley saying: “It’s time to meet the neighbors.”

The 30 second clip also features Dawn Ward, Ester Dee, Lauren Simon, Leanne Brown, Seema Malhotra and Stacey Forsey who are back filming.

Most recently, the two new reality stars were spotted filming for the show's upcoming sixth season. Blonde Rachel and raven-haired Nermina turned heads at Salford Quays as they joined their “neighbors” on the show which returns to our screens this autumn.

The ladies arrived at On The 7th private members’ club at MediaCityUK along with their fellow Housewives.

Rachel stepped out in a pair of white distressed jeans and military style denim jacket teamed with dove grey ankle boots and matching bag. While, Nermina wowed in an electric blue laser detail dress with metallic gold strappy heels as they posed for the cameras.

As previously reported, beauty salon owner Ampika Pickston confirmed last month that she was leaving the show after five seasons. In official statement she said: “So it’s official, I won’t be returning for the next series. I had a fantastic time filming the show and now want to focus on new projects but you never know, I may be back...”

An ITV Spokesperson added: “We’ve loved working with Ampika for the last five series of The Real Housewives of Cheshire. We wish her well in her next adventures and are excited to introduce some new faces to fans of the show when the series returns later this year."
