Yolanda Hadid To Discuss Lyme Disease Battle, Supermodel Daughters And Divorces From Mohamed Hadid And David Foster In New Book!

Yolanda Hadid is less than two months away from her memoir hitting shelves, Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease. According to a new report, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star isn't holding anything back about her marriages or her fight against Lyme disease and the symptoms she suffered through the years from it.

"Too many nights I found myself lying naked on the bathroom floor, the only relief being the cold tiles on my bare skin, wondering how much more pain I could take and how many more days, months, and years I could suffer," Hadid reportedly shares, according to The Daily Mail. "There were plenty of times when I thought that I wouldn't make it through the night alive, and others where I wished and prayed that I would die."

Yolanda openly discusses the ups and downs she faced in trying to find a diagnosis for her illness (she was eventually diagnosed with chronic neurological lyme disease in Belgium in 2012) and how she refuses to stop looking for more information about the disease. "I'm going to find a cure for this disease and nothing and nobody is going to stop me. I will not allow anyone to shut me up or shame me into silence, and I'm not going to rot away behind closed doors," she says.

Yolanda also reportedly discusses her marriages to Mohamed Hadid and David Foster. She shares she met Mohamed in Aspen in 1993, and together they had three kids before splitting in 2000. "He's a good human being and provider for his children," she writes. "But unfortunately for me, he's not a faithful husband."

She writes that it was "a big blow to my ego. I thought I was a pretty good catch: financially independent...and loving my home life and roles as wife and mother."

Next, she met David at a dinner party hosted by Mohamed. The couple married in 2011 before separating in 2015. She writes that he was not always by her side through her health struggles and adds that when she met him he was a "diamond in the rough" and that "he needed polishing." She continued, "I put him on a healthy diet, helped him lose twenty-five pounds, redid his wardrobe, and never missed one of his doctors' appointments."

Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease is now available for pre-order via Amazon and is set to be released on Setptember 12, 2017.
