Kim appeared on RHOA for the first five seasons and popped up again last season at longtime BFF Shereé Whitfield's housewarming party. At the time, she shared that she wouldn't rule out a return to the show. "We’ll see. It was definitely, like I said, good to see some of the ladies. I definitely enjoyed reconnecting with them and it was good to get out of the house," she told The Daily Dish at that time. "Who knows what the future will hold?"
