Kelly Dodd Gets Two Major Plastic Surgeries On RHOC Season 12!

Kelly Dodd, who returned for her second season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, revealed she underwent two plastic surgery procedures while filming for season 12 of the Bravo hit reality series. First up, a breast reduction on her size 32G chest.

“They were so large and in charge,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “There's a lot of women that are [in their] 40s and they, you know, have boobs hanging down to here and, when you're 40, you're getting older and you need to maintain. I also got vaginal rejuvenation, too.”

The 43-year-old reality star revealed she also got that done on camera. “We are on a reality show, and I wasn't happy with my boobs,” she says of getting the work done with a camera crew. “There's a lot of things that people aren't happy with, with themselves, and you can change it. I mean, it's not like a good thing or a bad thing. If you feel like you wanna get in the game, you have to maintain yourself.”

Kelly says she wanted the procedures documented to show women you don’t have to become “frumpy and dumpy” as you age. “I want women to know that, in our 40s, you can make yourself look sexy,” Kelly adds. “You can make yourself look good. And the vaginal rejuvenation was more for, a lot of women are embarrassed to talk about, you know, when you have kids, you have stress and incontinence and, you know, a little bit of leakage.”

“I know it's gross, and a lot of women don't talk about it, but it’s the reality,” she continues. “You can do something about it … you don't have to have, like, wear a pad all the time, you don't have to worry about jumping up and down. You don't have to worry about coughing or laughing, you know what I mean? You can go running. There's things you can do to help yourself be better.”

Kelly says she’s very happy with the results “across the board,” and she’s also very happy with the new season of RHOC. “I am loving this season!” she gushes. “This is gonna be the most fun. It's not in a dark place, it's in a light place … This season, I came in here thinking, I don't want to be, like, a negative Nancy … I saw myself [last year] and I wanted to change. I want people to see the real me.”
