Eileen Davidson Confirms She’s Leaving ‘The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ After Three Seasons!

We are sad to report that Eileen Davidson has officially confirmed that she will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The Emmy Award soap winner took to Instagram to announce her departure from the Bravo hit reality series.

"After a lot of careful thought, I've decided because of my crazy schedules at The Young and The Restless, as well as Days of Our Lives, it's best for me and my family if I step away from being a Housewife for now," she said in a statement. via her Instagram page. "But you never know, I might be popping in from time to time just to see what the ladies are up to! Thanks for your love and support guys!!!"


Eileen then took to Twitter to re-confirm with fans the reason behind her exit. "Because of my crazy schedule at The Young and the Restless and Days of our Lives I must step away from Housewives for now. But I might be popping in to see what the chix are up to. Thanks for the ❤️," she wrote.


Eileen joined RHOBH in Season 5, allowing fans an inside look at her glam life as a soap star, as well as her marriage to actor Vincent Van Patten. Throughout her time on the show, Davidson feuded with Kim Richards, Lisa Vanderpump and Dorit Kemsley.

At the moment, the only confirmed cast members that are officially returning for Season 8 of RHOBH are Erika Girardi, Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump. Eden Sassoon is the only cast member (aside from Davidson) confirmed not to return next season.

While Dorit Kemsley and Lisa Rinna have not been officially confirmed to return, it's obvious that they will are they were spotted in Las Vegas along with Kyle, LVP, Erika, Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof and rumored newbie Teddi Jo Mellencamp on Thursday, July 6, posing with the Las Vegas skyline behind them. "Hot night in Vegas," Camille captioned the photo.
