The first ladies of Bravo are finally back! The Real Housewives of Orange County are back for season twelve which premieres on Bravo on Monday, July 10 at 9pm/8c! Bravo Media’s original series that started the hit franchise “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is back for an emotionally-charged new season, premiering Monday, July 10 at 9 pm ET/PT. Returning for season 12 are Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Meghan King Edmonds and Kelly Dodd along with familiar face, Lydia McLaughlin (Season 8) who is back to mend broken friendships in the OC. With wounds still fresh from last season, the ladies draw their lines in the sand. They are joined by new housewife Peggy Sulahian, marking the 100th housewife to join the franchise. Season 11 was the most-watched season in series history with 3 million total viewers and over 2 million P25-54, growing 11% and 10% respectively from the prior season, according to Nielsen Live+7 data.
This season, things are looking up in Vicki’s life-- her relationship with new beau Steve is getting serious, her business is expanding and she finally has her daughter Briana and grandbabies back in the OC. Except, Vicki and Tamra still find themselves at a major crossroads in their decade long friendship. Tamra, still filled with anger and resentment from last season’s accusations, struggles to find forgiveness. Her feud with the OG of the OC has pushed her even closer to God as she reconnects with her old friend Lydia over bible study. Back into the fold, Lydia tries to reclaim her title of “Friendship Whisperer” by attempting to mend fences with Vicki and Tamra, but quickly realizes that being Switzerland will be easier said than done.
The residual stress from last year’s bus ride from hell leaves Shannon in a vulnerable state as she tries to refocus her energy on getting into shape, keeping the spark alive in her marriage and caring for the newest member of the Beador clan, dog Archie. New mom Meghan finds motherhood rewarding but difficult as she struggles with lack of sleep, post-partum hormones and Jimmy being an overbearing father. Meanwhile, for Kelly, her marriage to Michael is still complicated, but when Tamra and Shannon befriend her, it makes everyone around her question what her motives are.

Fearless and confident Kelly Dodd has a mouth as big as her heart. With her penchant for gossip and drinking champagne, there is never a dull moment around her. Originally hailing from Arizona, her fiery Latin lineage and unfiltered opinions definitely brought the heat to the OC when she joined the cast in season 11. With her marriage to Michael still complicated, Kelly finds time to focus on herself this year, as she goes under the knife, undergoing vaginal rejuvenation and a breast reduction. With the ladies, Kelly maintains her strong friendship with Vicki, but when Tamra and Shannon befriend her, it makes everyone around her question what her motives are.
Lydia McLaughlin joins The Real Housewives of Orange County in Season 8. Lydia is the granddaughter of Canadian media mogul Geoff Stirling, founder of NTV, the first 24-hour television station in Canada. Lydia and her husband Doug live in Dana Point with their two sons, 4-year-old Stirling and 2-year-old Maverick. This young, kooky mother always puts her family and faith first, but in her spare time, she and her husband channel her grandfather’s entrepreneurial spirit by running a magazine highlighting the glamorous life in Southern California.
Meghan King Edmonds makes her way back to Orange County with husband Jimmy, new dog Girly Girl and daughter Aspen, who was born on Thanksgiving Day. Jimmy is a doting father and never misses an opportunity to inform Meghan on how to parent, much to her chagrin. She finds motherhood rewarding but difficult as she struggles with lack of sleep, a corrective helmet for Aspen's head, post-partum hormones and Jimmy's hectic travel schedule. Not one to be defeated by shortcomings, Meghan is determined to be a working mom and continues to expand her businesses, creating her own personal line of candles.
Born in Armenia, Peggy Sulahian lives a life of luxury in the exclusive Crystal Cove community with her custom wheel mogul husband Diko, and their three children – daughters Giovanna, 19, Gianelle, 17 and son Koko, 9. After losing her mom to breast cancer at the age of 51, Peggy made the difficult decision to undergo a double mastectomy when doctors recently found a lump in her breast. As she prepares for reconstructive surgery, she wastes no time inserting herself into the drama, but often finds herself lost in translation amongst the women.
Born and raised in Southern California, Shannon Beador joined the cast in season nine bringing her unflinching honesty and unconventional ways. Shannon is still reeling from last year’s bus ride from hell, and the residual stress has affected her not only emotionally, but physically. She believes her unexpected shift in weight has taken a toll on her body and her marriage, as David grows seemingly detached. This season, Shannon tries to refocus her energy on getting into shape and keeping the spark alive in her marriage, but also takes the time to pursue her life-long dream of opening an organic restaurant. To add to her full plate with three teenaged daughters, she also takes on caring for the newest member of the Beador clan, dog Archie.
A cast member since season three, Tamra Judge finds herself at a major crossroads in her decade long friendship with Vicki as she enters season 12. Filled with anger and resentment from last season's accusations in Ireland, Tamra struggles to find forgiveness with Vicki and Kelly. After winning her fitness competition last year, the fit mom finds a new race to train for with husband Eddie. Tamra finally makes some headway in her estranged relationship with her oldest daughter Sidney, who she has not seen in over three and half years, and prays that she will be invited to her daughter's high school graduation.
The "OG of the OC," Vicki Gunvalson has appeared on The Real Housewives of Orange County since the beginning. This season, her relationship with new beau Steve is getting serious as they start talking about marriage. With her daughter Briana and grandbabies settled into their newly finished home, Vicki has taken on the role of Briana's "OC Husband" while Ryan waits to be discharged from the Marines back in Oklahoma. Vicki's businesses are also growing as COTO Insurance merges with a partner to form COTO Insurance & Financial, leading to a stressful office move.
