Nida and Parks were married before joining the Bravo hit reality series so the prenup doesn’t include her financial gain from the show. According to TMZ, Nida feels entitled to some of the RHOA checks, and is requesting it be included when dividing up their assets.
According to court records obtained by TMZ, Apollo says their financial situation drastically changed for the better, and that should be taken into consideration when it comes time to dividing up their assets in their contentious divorce.
Phaedra insists their prenup is ironclad, and Apollo is reportedly just trying to weasel out of it.
