Matty Samaei Opens Up About Her Fight With Lisa Oldfield During The Explosive Real Housewives Of Sydney Season 1 Finale!

As viewers recall, Matty Samaei stormed off after an explosive fight with co-star Lisa Oldfield in the season one finale episode of The Real Housewives of Sydney, but Samaei now wants to set the record straight and breaks down what really went down that night and gives an update on her friendship with Oldfield.

The outspoken spa owner hit breaking point after an argument with co-star Lisa Oldfield – in which Matty felt she was being accused of sleeping with artist, and married man, Charles Billich – turned physical.

“Unfortunately Lisa has pushed me physically a few times,” the 43-year-old told TV Week's Now To Love of how yet another shove from her co-star led her to snap. “And what was said was quite inappropriate. I got really upset.”

“Slut shaming women ins completely inappropriate, talking about people’s children, ruining people’s business is inappropriate.”

Still, the mother-of-two wants to leave the past in the past and reveals she has since kissed and made up with Oldfield.

“Lisa has apologized, she called me the next day and we talked about it,” she says. “I am friends with Lisa and I don’t hold any grudges. It happened, it’s in the past and I’ve moved on.”

And while she may have found the show uncomfortable to watch at times, Matty is adamant she would do it all over again. “I would definitely return for another season if asked,” she says.

“When your with seven strong-minded women, of course there are going to be some clashes but I had such a great time with all the girls and you know what, we’re all still friends at the end of the day. We’re in this together.”

So now that the show has wrapped, what will the beauty expert do with her time?

“I love to spend time with my family and friends,” she says. “My all-time favourite thing to do is to watch Sunday night movies with my kids in bed, eating ice-cream.”
