Gamble Breaux Reacts To Pettifleur Berenger’s Real Housewives Of Melbourne Departure; Says Season 4 “Will Definitely Be A Whopping Big Surprise!”

Last week, Pettifleur Berenger officially announced that she was leaving The Real Housewives of Melbourne after appearing two seasons on the Foxtel hit reality series. As previously reported, Berenger said she decided to quit the show to focus on other projects as well on her family.

Now, Gamble Breaux has expressed her disappointment at the news of Pettifleur's departure.

"That blows," Gamble told The Daily Mail Australia, before laughing: "I'll have no one to exchange bug insults with!"

Breaux revealed that producers are planning to shake things up in the wake of Pettifleur and Susie McLean's absence by adding some fresh blood to the cast.

"Rumors are swirling that there are two or even three new girls," said Gamble. "I think there will definitely be a whopping big surprise!"

Berenger is currently busy filming the first season of Australia's celebrity edition of Hell's Kitchen. McLean also confirmed last week that she will not return to the Foxtel hit reality series as she's busy working on her kitchen/food brand.

Last year, Chyka Keebaugh announced that she was leaving the show after Season 3 wrapped to focus on her businesses and lifestyle brand.

Returning to Season 4 are: Gamble Breaux, Gina Liano, Janet Roach, Jackie Gillies and Lydia Schiavello.

Sally Bloomfield, who served as Melbourne editor for global fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar is set to join RHOMelbourne for Season 4. Foxtel reportedly wouldn't confirm or deny the rumor, but insisted that the details are weeks away from becoming public.

The Real Housewives of Melbourne is set to return later this year on Foxtel's Arena.
