Bravotv.com: Do you still talk to Katie? What did you really think of the Casino Royale night – and those singers?
Gizelle Bryant: I have reached out to Katie and she has not responded. We have even been at the same social events and she has not spoken to me. I wish her all the best of luck, especially when it comes to her planning another event. Based off of Casio Royale, she's going to need a four-leaf clover and a horseshoe. It wasn't that the singers were horrible. That wasn't the problem. It's just that they had NO IDEA that they were horrible. Did they know that they were singing to adults, or did they think they were singing at a Saturday morning PBS cartoon special?
Bravotv.com: Tell us about Kevin! You two seem to have a good rapport. What did you think about his answer to the “take our clothes off” question?
GB: Kevin is coming to this date right and ready. He knows how to wine and dine a lady. Such a gentleman. I love that with Kevin there is no pressure, no timeframe. We are getting to know each other in a romantic way and seeing if there's a strong connection to form a fire, spark or a fizzle. I don't think there's going to be a fizzle but my clothes will stay securely on until I know one way or another.
Bravotv.com: Tell us about meeting Monique and that rap…were you trying to shade her with your home question?
GB: Monique said she was looking for a home. Me asking, "So you don't have a home?" was not shade. It's the next natural question after someone says they are looking for a home. I have no idea why everyone jumps to the conclusion that I'm being shady. ME?! I've aways wanted to see a hip hop version of Star Wars on Broadway. Nicki Minaj better watch out and back up because there's stiff competition for Princess Leia. Clearly, Monique has it in the bag.
Bravotv.com: Why did you apologize to Charrisse? What do you think of her reaction and that Lewinsky comment?
GB: The Charrisse/Gizelle saga had far past its expiration date. It was starting to smell like bordem. I have no problems apologizing if I know that the other person is ready to receive it. Poor Monica Lewinsky, just when she thinks it's safe to walk to her corner store and buy a pack of gum, someone wants to unfairly drag her good name through the mud. Now Gizelle and Monica Lewinsky will never fit in the same sentence, kinda like "Lisa Vanderpump drives a minivan."
Bravotv.com: What do you think now seeing what Robyn said about you at Karen’s home? Do you think Karen should have brought it up, and what were you thinking when she did?
GB: Robyn and I spoke in depth about how she feels I went way too far with Charrisse. Robyn is entitled to her own opinion and I will always respect it. However, I was shocked to hear that she spoke to Karen of all people, because we all know that Karen lives on a street called Messy Boulevard. If Karen has information to start a little drama, she wakes up early in the morning to plot and plan. Now I do know that when Karen is talking you should only pay attention to about half the things you hear because Karen loves to add hot sauce to any story. Her embellishments are BIGLY or Big League, take your pick.
