TMZ last week that she's holding out for more money before making her official decision to join the Georgia peaches' drama.
"I'm motivated by money, definitely motivated by money," the 38-year-old reality star said when asked if she had signed up yet to come back.
The blonde bombshell was also questioned as to who the 'bigger draw' was between her and NeNe, 49, when it came to viewership.
Making a reference to her other Bravo show, Don't Be Tardy, Kim replied, "I mean, having your own show for six seasons says something."
"I think that NeNe has her own stuff going on and so do I," she added.
Kim - who was last seen in season five - returns to the Bravo hit reality series and is seen in a heated argument with Kenya Moore, as seen in the RHOA Season 9 mid-season trailer.
The-mother-of-six who is married to former Atlanta Falcons football player Kroy Biermann, comes under the target of Kenya.
She makes her grand entrance during Shereé Whitfield's Chateau Shereé housewarming party and in the shady clip, Kenya says: "Your husband doesn’t have a job right now, so worry about that."
"B****, you want to be me," Kim fired back. "You want to have a baby, you can’t. You want to have a man, you f***ing don’t. Bye."
Kenya gets the final word in by poking fun at the mother-of-six's face as she said: "I know I'm not a duck like your lips."
When asked if one of the current cast members "had to go" in order for Kim to want to come back, she quickly replied: "Kenya."
