Jacqueline Laurita Gets Fourth Boob Job — For Free!

Jacqueline Laurita is getting candid about her latest plastic surgery procedure, new boob job. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star recently underwent a cup and breast tissue reduction and now has smaller, saline-based implants instead of the silicone ones she got seven years ago.

This is the fourth time she's gotten her breasts done, this time opting for a smaller C cup. “At the time saline weren’t natural-feeling and could ripple along on the sides and feel like water balloons, so I went for the silicone because I wanted natural-feeling boobs,” she told PEOPLE. “Anytime I went to get a mammogram and I was so worried I was leaking, or the doctor would make me leak during the mammogram. I always had that fear in my head. I was always paranoid about popping the silicone whenever I put any pressure on my chest.”

In addition to swapping out the type of implant she has, Jacqueline made the decision to remove breast tissue for a very specific reason. “Some people lose breast tissue as they grow older, some gain. I’m the kind that gains,” she explained. “I started looking like my aunt Rose.”

In addition to breast augmentation, Jacqueline has had several other procedures over the years, including her upper eye lids (which she did before Season 7's reunion), a neck lift, a tummy tuck and a nose job. “I haven’t had a face lift yet, but I am considering a lower face lift,” she said. “I would love to do my lower eyes. They take out the bags, puffiness, extra skin. I’ll never say I won’t do something because I used to be completely against plastic surgery when I was younger, then I got older and started falling apart.”

For now, she's happy with the results of the new implants. “They feel so natural and my clothes finally fit how I want them to. Things zip up better, I can wear button-up shirts without tank tops underneath. It’s great," she said, adding her husband, Chris Laurita, is also pleased with the results. “He says they feel great.”

Apparently the procedure didn't cost Laurita a dime. “Jacqueline reached out to Ideal Implant and they covered the cost of her implants and surgery,” a rep for the breast implant maker confirmed to Page Six.

It’s unclear how much the procedure cost. “Every patient has different needs and every surgeon charges different fees,” the rep added.
