Jacqueline Laurita And Kathy Wakile Not Returning To RHONJ For Season 8 — Find Out Why!

Jacqueline Laurita won't be back as a full-time housewife, and may not even return in part-time capacity for the upcoming eighth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, according to NJ.com. Many gossip sites have questioned Laurita's return to the Bravo hit series ever since she sent a cryptic tweet last month.

"Just wanted to Thank all of you for following, loving, & supporting me & my family over the last 7 seasons of #rhonj !We appreciate you all!." she tweeted.

Meanwhile, Page Six reported on Monday that Laurita was definitely out because Bravo wasn't willing to meet her salary requirements. “She’s really highly paid,” an insider told Page Six.

Also, Kathy Wakile, who had already been demoted to part-time status, would not be back either. According to the publication, Wakile is disappointed to learn that she won’t be back at all for Season 8.

Laurita has appeared on every season of the show, although in season six she was not billed as a full-time housewife.

As previously reported original cast member Danielle Staub, who left the show after season two, would be back after forging a friendship over social media and yoga with stalwart star Teresa Giudice. It's been rumored that she may be returning in a part-time role just like RHOA's Sheree Whitfield did during the show's eighth season.

Taping of the eighth season is reportedly underway, with Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania on board. Apparently, Bravo is still on the look out to add some new blood to the mix.

Last week, Caroline Manzo confirmed that Manzo'd With Children was ending after three seasons, which means that the show was not renewed for a fourth season.
