Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Charrisse Jackson Jordan, and newbie Monique Samuels were all spotted at Ocean Prime DC, but Karen Huger was noticeably missing from the outing.
Even though everyone may seem to be all smiles, Charrisse Jackson Jordan hinted that not everything is peaches and cream. In her Instagram about the night she wrote, "Love you guys...most of the time I think. #Friends"
Noticeably absent from the festivities was the Grand Dame Karen Huger. "All but Karen Huger attended [the event]," Robyn Dixon told The Daily Dish, even adding a tea emoji to her statement. She went on to explain that "Karen was invited but claims that she sprained her ankle. Not sure if we all believe her, lol."
However, according to the Washington Post, drama definitely kicked in. The publication claims that before leaving the downtown restaurant, all of the women were engaged in a heated debate. No one was close enough to overhear the juicy details, but two housewives in particular — Jackson Jordan and Darby — didn’t leave on good terms.
The next day, Karen Huger who was absent from the festivities got into a shady Twitter war with Robyn Dixon, when she shared an article from Bravo about the event. If you recall, Dixon claimed that Huger cancelled due to a sprained ankle and claimed that the rest of the ladies didn't believe her claims, which set Huger off via Twitter.
"Some people @robynbdixon are so desperate to be relevant they would rather spill sloppy T than call and check on a friend," tweeted Karen.

Karen also included some photographic evidence of her injury in the tweet, showing her ankle bandaged up. Shortly after, Karen got a response from Robyn on Twitter. "Ok @KARENHUGER with the receipts," Robyn wrote, followed by three clapping hands emojis."[B]ut I'm sorry ma'am, only superficial people would care about being 'relevant,'" which was followed by an emoji showing a face rolling its eyes.
Ok @KARENHUGER with the receipts 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 but I'm sorry ma'am, only superficial people would care about being "relevant" 🙄. Feel better #RHOP https://t.co/kMmNsNzQGm— Robyn Dixon (@robynbdixon) February 24, 2017
