Teresa wages had been garnished since 2014 when the courts demanded the money owed by paid off.
The Bravo reality star was sentenced to 15 months in prison in January 2015, but was released two months early in time for Christmas on December 23, 2015.
Teresa and her 44-year-old husband had three months together before Joe was required to serve his time in the slammer.
He's still in the middle of his 41 month sentence and has been imprisoned since March 2016 at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix.
He and Teresa both were sentenced to federal prison stints after pleading guilty in March 2014 to 41 counts of fraud in a deal with federal prosecutors. Teresa was sentenced in October 2014 to a 15-month sentence that she began serving in January 2015. She was released two months early on December 23, 2015, reports The Daily Mail.
Joe's sentence was delayed while she served her time so one parent could stay at home to look after their four daughters, Gia, 16, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10 and Audriana, six.
