Phaedra Parks Talks About Kandi Burruss' Lesbian Rumors, Kim Zolciak-Biermann's RHOA Return And Gives An Update On Her Relationship With Apollo Nida!

Everybody knows that nobody knows how to spill the tea and throw the shade like Phaedra Parks. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to dish on what went down on glamping trip, her relationship with Apollo Nida and the rumors surrounding Kandi Burruss' sexuality and more.

As the rumors about Kandi Burruss' sexuality finally got back to the music mogul during the cast recent glamping trip. Even though Phaedra Parks may have been all about the gossip with Porsha Williams and Shereé Whitfield earlier in the season, she kept mostly mum when the subject came up among the entire squad.



However during her appearance on the Bravo late night talk show, the Southern Belle explained her reasons why she kept mum.

"At the end of the day, I came on the trip to be positive, and we all know that Porsha can handle herself," she told Cohen on WWHL. "Porsha's a strong woman, Porsha's a great friend, and she is not a liar. I will say that."

Phaedra went on to say that she didn't feel like speaking up about the matter would have helped anything anyway. "But then on the second note, it was already becoming very heated, and it was already going in a bad direction, so I didn't need to add any more fuel to that fire," she said.



Parks then gave an update on her relationship with her incarcerated ex-husband Apollo Nida, when a viewer asked RHOA star if she kept in touch with Nida. "Yes, he just sent me a text last night," Phaedra said, noting that their relationship has been "cordial," she said with a laugh. "Well he is appealing the divorce, so he still wants to remain married."

During her appearance on WWHL, Phaedra also confirmed that Apollo is indeed engaged to another woman. "He has a fiancée, but he didn't say that in court," she said. "He said he did not have a fiancée in court."

As seen in the mid-season trailer of the current season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim Zolciak-Biermann will make at special appearance at Sheree Whitfield’s housewarming party, where she gets into a shouting match with Kenya Moore. Andy asked Parks if she would like to see the Don't Be Tardy star back on RHOA.



"I like Kim, and I would love to see her come back," Phaedra said ever so nicely.

Phaedra continued to be courteous, even when one caller asked a question about who among her RHOA castmates would she want to see leave the show. "I would never say that, because that's not my choice. What makes the show great is we are an ensemble cast, and so everyone plays their part," Phaedra told the caller. "And for me to say something as malicious as that says more about me than them."

Andy then noted that it seemed like Phaedra was making a statement about some of her RHOA castmates who have answered that question in the past, which she agreed with.
