It's been reported that former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino has sold her San Juan Capistrano home with a golf course view for $2.739 million. According to the OC Register, the 6,449-square-foot Spanish Colonial home is set on more than three-fourths of an acre in a cul-de-sac behind a set of private gates.

The property is in the guard-gated Marbella Country Club community.

The home was built in 1991, the updated house includes a brick front patio, four bedrooms, a breakfast nook, formal dining room and a dark wood paneled office.

Interior finishes include marble floors, Carrara marble countertops and wood beam and coffered ceilings.

Arched doorways open to a backyard fountain, swimming pool, two spas and a lawn.

The homeowner appears in property records as Mommy Glam, a California corporation. Alexis Bellino is the CEO and CFO, according to the Secretary of State’s office.

The site reports that the home was listed in September at $3.188 million. The asking price was cut to $2.939 million in December.

Bellino joined RHOC in 2008 and appeared from seasons 5 thought 8 of the Bravo hit reality series. She along her husband Jim Bellino, who appeared repeatedly on the show, own other properties in the area.
