The Daily Mail reports that Parks has been quietly dating restaurateur Tim Norman for the last two months. The publication claims that the rumored couple met when Parks was in St. Louis for a conference and went past the Sweetie Pies Upper Crust restaurant for a meal. Norman made sure she was well taken care of and then asked if he could show her around the city while she was in town.
"Since then, she's been to St. Louis and Los Angeles several times to spend time with him. He also travels to Atlanta to see her. They haven't gone public, but its no secret to those who know them that they are together," claimed the source.
Norman, the 37-year-old star of OWN Network's reality series Welcome To Sweetie Pies, is a reformed bad boy. When he was 17-years-old, Norman went to prison for 10 years for armed robbery.
In recent interview, Norman confessed to being a teenage drug dealer who amassed debt with numerous other drug dealers. When he was unable to pay the money back, he started robbing people in an effort to get the cash.
"He served his debt to society and came out turned his life completely around. He's become a huge part of his mother's restaurant business and was a vocal advocate for social justice during the Ferguson case," said the source.
Parks is not Norman's first celebrity relationship.
On season seven of Welcome To Sweetie Pies, Norman is dating former Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams. Williams has described Norman as 'so supportive.'
But sources reveal that by the end of the season, fans will see that relationship has fizzled out.
"As of now, neither he nor Phaedra plan to make appearances on each other's TV shows," a source tells The Daily Mail. "They're in the courting phase and they're happy and they want to take their time and build with each other without introducing the pressure of TV in the mix."
However, another source is claiming otherwise, claiming that Tim and Jennifer never broke-up and are still in a relationship.
"Tim and Jennifer are very much together and happy," a source tells The Jasmine Brand.
The celebrity blog site claims that Tim nor Jennifer want to comment on the alleged rumors concerning Phaedra.
