The incarcerated 38 year-old reality star is seen embracing Almufti, who's wearing a black shirt and pants. Nida is clad in a prison uniform of a short-sleeved khaki shirt and slacks, are posed in front of a romantic background the prison provides for photo sessions, according to the outlet.
Last month, Apollo and his fiancée announced their engagement. As previously reported, Apollo's fiancée was spotted filming scenes last month for the current season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Apparently, one of the storylines will show Nida's exchanges with his bride-to-be over the phone and in the prison.
Apollo's fiancée did not filmed with Phaedra, however the source claims that Phaedra's reaction to the news was filmed and will be part of her story line this season.
Almufti has been wearing a makeshift ring
Last month, Gossip site, Fameolous shared a video on their Instagram page of Apollo's new bea filming for the current season of RHOA along with Kandi Burruss' husband Todd Tucker and Cynthia Bailey's estranged husband Peter Thomas.
Sources reveal to the site that that Peter Thomas "was all hype when he found out who she was and was all over her acting stupid." The site reveals that the Bravo production team allegedly let her borrow a $3,500.00 jacket you see her wearing (see video above) and the Chanel bag, a white Benz truck and Rolex to film in.
Apparently not everyone was welcoming to Apollo's new love as the site reports that Kandi Burruss "wasn't too friendly with Sherien and it said she treated her mean."
As previously reported, Nida and Parks are officially divorced. Documents states that the RHOA star divorced her incarcerated ex back in July.
This past week the 38-year-old felon filed divorce papers against Parks but, according to TMZ, he is far too late. Initially the gossip site doubted Phaedra's claims she had already divorced Apollo but now TMZ has changed its tune having seen newly unsealed court documents.
The 43-year-old was indeed granted a divorce when a judge signed off on it despite Apollo never signing documents.
The judge signed in lieu of the former fitness trainer, as Apollo had asked for more time to deal with the divorce when he was served with papers in March, reports the publication. When Apollo failed to do anything for months, the divorce moved forward without him as did a custody agreement for the couple's two children.
Under terms of the split, Parks received full custody of her two sons with Nida, six-year-old Ayden and three-year-old Dylan. Apollo will be able to have visits upon his release from the correctional institution, the judge ordered.
Nida had previously attempted to filed for divorce from Parks, but the split had already been processed through the family court system, reports The Daily Mail.
The 38-year-old, who is serving eight years for financial fraud, wanted joint legal custody of their sons. He is also asked for an equitable split of the assets he shares with the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star.
Phaedra first filed for divorce in October 2013 but the process was delayed due to Apollo's trial and imprisonment.
