Before the credits rolled at the end of the episode, Bravo gave an update on each of the cast members’ lives. According to People, Gunvalson’s read: “Vicki and Steve are still together. Briana has been diagnosed with Lupus. Her husband, Ryan, is still stuck in Oklahoma.”
Culberson, who has two children — sons Owen and Troy — with her husband Ryan, has battled numerous health problems that have been featured on the Bravo reality series throughout the past 11 seasons.
Last year, Culberson underwent surgery to remove enlarged lymph nodes. “Biopsy results are back —–NO CANCER detected for Briana’s most recent biopsy! Thank you Jesus. #answeredprayers,” Gunvalson tweeted after discovering that her daughter was cancer free.

Vicki has been vocal throughout Briana's ordeal to get to the bottom of what was causing her daughter to be sick. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight back in July she cited a misdiagnosis as a reason why it was taking so long to get answers. "Two things: you don't mess with my family, you don't mess with my money. My family is my everything, and I'm gonna find this doctor. He was going to kill my daughter. So, when I do find him, I'll probably pull him up against a wall and tell him what I think of him," she told ET. " I want to go on a witch hunt for him."
