In this exclusive clip via Us Weekly, Andy Cohen asks a simple question that launches a tirade of insults between Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita. “I need to know something. Melissa, did you have four nose jobs?” asks Cohen.
Melissa gives a quick and emphatic “No!” in response, then reiterates that it’s the “worst-kept secret” that she has had a nose job.
Before she can say much more, Laurita inserts, “One? Not two different doctors?”
“Why do you care?” Gorga shoots back, with Giudice "Oh, my God"-ing in disbelief.
“I stated the f--king obvious, Pinocchio!” Laurita snaps. She adds that she doesn't even care whether Gorga got work done or not: “It’s about the fact that she could lie with a straight face.”
We get a brief moment of comedic relief from Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania, who both agree that they’d like to be the ones with the most plastic surgery after Laurita outs them as such.
“History shows that you both are liars,” Laurita insists, and officially drags Giudice into the fight with a sharp, “You went to jail for it!”
“You’re a s--t friend,” Gorga states, which was too much for Flicker and Catania as the shot pans to them looking aghast.
“You are a very low, dirty bitch," Giudice hits. “Look at her clown-looking face.” Now it’s too much for Cohen as well, who sounds exhausted when he finally chimes in, “Alright, alright.”
Then Gorga and Giudice go at it, arguing over whether Laurita is a s--t friend or a clown.
“She’s a wolf in lamb’s clothing, but she’s a wolf with rabies,” Giudice settles, giving everyone a chance to chuckle at the misused idiom.
