Caroline Manzo Reacts To Teresa Giudice's Claims That She Called The IRS On Her: “I Have No Interest In Responding”

During Part 1 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 reunion special, Teresa Giudice dropped a major bomb when she accused Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita of setting her up and calling the IRS, which would eventually lead to multiple fraud charges, which she pled guilty to, and her serving 11 months in prison.

Teresa said she believed that Jacqueline and Caroline were "in cahoots" at the time, and they tipped off the IRS. "In my gut, either it was you or you and Caroline set me up," Teresa alleged. "You guys were behind everything, calling the government. Everything."

So what did Caroline think of Teresa's accusations? "Thanks for reaching out, but I have no interest in responding to this question as it would be a waste of my unlimited data usage," the Manzo'd with Children star responded to The Daily Dish via email.

Jacqueline Laurita shot down Teresa's claims as "entirely not true" during the reunion and continued to defend herself on Twitter as the episode aired Sunday night.

Caroline and Teresa have both expressed that they have no interest in rekindling their former friendship. "We could all sugarcoat it as much as you want. The truth of the matter is she don't want to talk to me. I don't want to talk to her,"Caroline told The Daily Dish in August. "And she's fine with that, and I'm fine with that."

Caroline added that she had "no plans" to reach out to Teresa in the near future. "Listen, I could walk into a room and see her and say hello, kiss her hello, say, 'How are you?' I could sit at the same table and have dinner with her, you know what I mean?" she explained. "We're just not meant to be friends. And I'm telling you she's as fine with it as I'm fine with it. So it's fine."
